www.mylondonmusicals.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is a website published, designed, developed and hosted by DigitalProximity SAS, a company with capital of €3000, registered with the Paris RCS under number 789 479 086 and with registered office located at 8 rue Sainte Lucie - 75015 Paris - France (hereinafter referred to as "DigitalProximity").

The use of the Website by a user (hereinafter referred to as "User") implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions described below. These terms and conditions may be modified or supplemented at any time. Users are therefore invited to consult them on a regular basis.

DigitalProximity strives to provide information on the Website that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and errors, whether by itself or by the third party partners. Thus, all the information indicated on the Website is given for information only and is likely to be inaccurate and to change. Users will therefore carry out any relevant checks.

The links used on the Website may give access to sites managed by legal or natural persons separate from the Website. Not controlling the activity or content of these third-party sites, DigitalProximity does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or any other characteristics of the information accessible via these links.

The whole Website is subject to French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved. Reproduction of all or any part of the Website on any medium whatsoever is strictly prohibited without the express authorisation of DigitalProximity.

The Website cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the User's equipment by using the Website. In addition, the website User undertakes to access the Website using recent equipment, not containing viruses and a latest generation and up-to-date browser.

Browsing on the Website is likely to trigger the installation of cookies on the User's internet browser. A cookie is a small file that records information relating to website browsing. The data obtained is intended to facilitate subsequent browsing and to allow various measures of attendance and the content adaptation, in particular for advertising. The reservations made by the User on the Website (hereinafter referred to as "Reservations") are provided by suppliers selected by the Website (hereinafter referred to as "Suppliers"). Suppliers act as managing agents for Reservations. The Website only acts as an intermediary linking Users and Suppliers. During the Reservation, the User contracts directly with the Supplier relating to his Reservation (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier"), the latter being mentioned to the User during the Reservation. By accepting these general terms and conditions, the User acknowledges and accepts the Supplier's terms and conditions, in particular with regard to the cancellation or modification of the Reservation.

Personal data relating to Reservations is kept by the Website for a maximum period of 6 years. The User's IP address may be kept by the Website for a maximum period of 1 year for the purpose of researching incidents, particularly in the event of attacks or attempted computer attacks. During the Reservation, the Website transfers the User's personal information to the Supplier for the purpose of managing Reservations.

In accordance with the data protection law of 6 January 1978, amended in 2004, the User has the right to access and rectify information concerning themselves, which they can exercise by emailing contact@mylondonmusicals.com. The User may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning themselves.

The prices indicated on the Website take into account the nominal value of the ticket as well as processing costs and/or booking applied by the Website and/or the Supplier. The User therefore accepts that the price indicated is lower or higher than the face value of the ticket and therefore the price printed on it. Ticket issuance fees may be applied in addition to the price indicated and will in all cases be specified to the User before payment. The prices indicated on the Website take into account all applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in £.

Reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser. The event organiser is mentioned to the User during the Reservation. The event organiser reserves, in particular and in a non-exhaustive manner, the right to make changes to the arrangements or to the list of artists provided, to refuse entry or to ask latecomers to wait until the intermission. The events referenced on the Website take place under the sole responsibility of their organiser. The Website can in no way be held responsible for this.

Users may be invited to submit their review (hereinafter referred to as "Review") of the events referenced on the Websites. A reward such as participation in a contest may be offered to them. Reviews are posted almost immediately and retained for 10 years.
